Save on Gas. Get the kids to take public transportation whenever possible. This can save a lot on gasoline expenses. When I drive by schools in the morning and afternoons and see bumper-to-bumper cars with parents dropping off or picking up their children, I wonder how much they could have saved by using the school bus or public transportation. It’s also good for the environment.

Coming into school I knew that i wanted my major to be environmental science. I know myself and my passion for the outdoors it seems like the perfect fit. Now with that said it is a physical science major. With that title I have to be sufficient in at least one of the major physical sciences of biology, ecology, chemistry, or physics. It so happened that mine was chemistry. Now this is not the easiest subject in the world to do well at, but it is not impossible. The key things to remember would be to stay motivated and to not lose sight of the end goal at hand; to graduate successfully with a GPA to be satisfied with.

Usually this is because you aren’t clear enough about your message to boil it down to one page. When you’re clear on your core message, it will easily fit. For those with specific interests there are more easy scholarships. If you belong to any kind of group or organization then ask around, look at the bulletin boards. See if they or one of their affiliates are offering some type of college scholarship. Sometimes the scholarships are for those with very specific interests or attributes, or the scholarship just hasn’t been publicized very widely. There will be fewer applicants for these scholarships so, with less competition, they will be easier to get.

My husband came up and said we had to meet my son in the emergency room of the closest hospital. Our son had severe chest and back pains. They were an hour away and we were terrified. We jumped in our clothes and headed out. I left the front door unlocked for the lady in charge of the dinner, as I had the food for the dinner in my refrigerator. I called her and told her the situation. I asked her to please call the prayer chain and that we would let them know as soon as we knew something.

Next be sure to drive carefully. Try not to panic. That is extremely difficult. You just want to be with your child or loved one. We prayed continuously on the way there. We didn’t even know at this point which hospital they were taking him to. We got a call from the hospital telling us which one he was at. They also got verbal permission from us to do what they needed to, if they had to do something before we got there.
